VectorFriends 1.2

VectorFriends simulates the isothermal assembly with an intuitive interface and facilitates the design of primers by using Primer3, a de facto standard in molecular biology. The program simplifies the method and designs attB adapter primers for preparation of attB-flanked PCR products.
